Departing from Jeogu Port, this sightseeing cruise passes by Sobyeongdaedo Island, Sinseondae, and Haegeumgang before circling around Daebyeongdaedo Island. At Haegeumgang, known as the "Geumgangsan of the Sea," you can see Geoje's iconic marine attractions such as bizarre rock cliffs, Cross Cave, and Lion Rock.
On the return route, you can take in the coastal scenery of southern Geoje, where islands of various sizes harmonize with unique rock formations.

Course Information

This round-trip course departs from Jeogu Port, tours the rocky islets of southern Geoje and Haegeumgang, and returns to Jeogu Port.

• If sailing is not possible due to unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, vessel abnormalities, or maritime police port control, departure times may be delayed or canceled, and notifications will be sent via Kakao Alimtalk or SMS. (Full refund if canceled)

• Departures may be canceled if there are 15 or fewer passengers (below the minimum passenger requirement), and will be processed with a schedule change or a full refund.

• Ferries operate normally even in the rain. (Cancellations due to rain are subject to fees in accordance with the refund policy)
• If you do not wish to board in rainy conditions, please check the weather forecast in advance and cancel within the fee-free cancellation period.
• Passengers with mobility issues, wheelchair users, and the elderly may find it difficult or inconvenient to board the vessel.

• Pets are allowed on board (small dogs only / enclosed carrier bags required). Pets cannot be taken out of the bag as this may cause inconvenience to other passengers.

Boarding & Operation Guidelines

• Departure times may be moved up or delayed by 10 to 30 minutes due to weather conditions such as waves and fog, delays during boarding/disembarking, or lack of minimum passenger count.
• If the minimum passenger count is not met on the day of boarding, the departure time may change or the booking may be canceled with a full refund.
• If sailing becomes impossible due to unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, vessel abnormalities, or maritime police port control, departure times may be delayed or canceled, and notifications will be sent via Kakao Alimtalk or SMS. (Full refund if canceled)
• Emergency disaster and safety text alerts from the Ministry of the Interior and Safety are not valid grounds for cancellation. (e.g., yellow dust, fine dust, heavy snow, heavy rain, cold waves, heatwaves, etc.)

Boarding Procedures

• 1. Arrive at the ticket office at least 30 minutes before departure!
• 2. Present required IDs, fill out the boarding manifest, and submit it to the ticket office.
• 3. Verify your reservation with the booker's name or mobile phone number.
• 4. Follow staff guidance to board and depart.

Refund Policy

• If the cruise is unable to operate due to severe weather, the reservation will be canceled with a full refund. Cancellations due to personal reasons are subject to the refund policy.
• Disaster and safety text alerts from the Ministry of the Interior and Safety are not valid grounds for cancellation. (e.g., yellow dust, fine dust, heavy snow, heavy rain, cold waves, heatwaves, etc.)
• Ferries operate normally even in the rain. Cancellation requests due to rain on the day of use are subject to fees in accordance with the refund policy.
• If you do not wish to board in rainy conditions, please check the Korea Meteorological Administration website forecast in advance and cancel within the fee-free cancellation period.

• Changes and cancellations are only processed during business hours; requests made after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
• If you make a reservation and payment on the day of use or the day before and immediately cancel, cancellation fees will apply based on the date of use according to the refund policy, so please review carefully before booking.
• If you change the date of a reservation after a cancellation fee has already been incurred, the initial cancellation fee will apply as default in case of a subsequent cancellation due to personal change of mind.

Refund Process

• [Credit Card, ARS Payment] Partial cancellation for headcount will be processed for the price difference after completion of use. Full cancellations will be processed on the next business day after receiving the request.
• After our company requests a cancellation to the card company, it takes about 3 to 6 days for the card company to finalize the cancellation.
• For debit cards, refunds are processed immediately upon cancellation. For credit cards, if the payment has not yet been billed, it will be voided; if it has already been billed, the refund amount will be deducted from the following month's bill.
• Refund methods may differ depending on the card issuer. It may be deducted from the next month's statement or refunded directly if there is no balance due. Please contact your card issuer for specific details.
